For 12 pieces of Chocolate Cupcakes you will need:
100g powder cane sugar
1 bag vanilla sugar
3 tablespoons cocoa
1 tablespoon white whine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Sift the butter, then add the cane sugar and mix with a hand mixer until you get a nice foamy texture. Add the egg, one pinch of salt and the vanilla sugar and stir everything together. Then add the cocoa powder, the flour and the milk and mix until you get a nice creamy mixture. In a separate bowl mix the vinegar and the baking powder, then add the foamy fluid to the chocolate mixture. Turn on the oven to 180°C, pour the dough into muffin forms and let them cook for about 20-25 minutes. Once you take them out let them rest 5 minutes in the muffin pan, then let them cool down on a grid.
